A) One of our coaches will contact you by email or phone to arrange a suitable time and date for the consultation.

Q) What payment methods can I use if I pay online?
A) You pay using any major credit or debit card, or by PayPal.

Q) What happens if I change my mind and want to cancel?
A) 
You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of signing up. After that, any refunds will be based on what services have been provided already.
